Dave Early

Dr. Dave Earley is Lead Pastor of Grace City Church of Las Vegas. Grace City was launched Nov. 11, 2012 with 200 people. Grace City is a missional movement that has also launched a growing homeless ministry, a daily house of prayer, and a school of ministry with 16 interns gaining hands-on training in ministry.

Dave served for seven years as Chairman of the Department of Pastoral Leadership and Evangelism at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty University. Prior to that Dave served as the founding sr. pastor of the New Life Church of Gahanna, Ohio, a church which started in his basement with 12 people and grew to nearly 2,000 a week in attendance. New Life has been recognized as one of the healthiest churches in America with over 70% of the members involved in ministry and over a 100 small groups.

Dave has published a ministry series of four academic books with B&H Academic that are used in Bible colleges and seminaries. These include Evangelism Is… (with David Wheeler) and Ministry Is… (with Ben Gutierrez). Pastoral Leadership is… and Disciple-Making Is…. (with Rod Dempsey).

Dave has written twenty books His popular “21 Series” has sold over 400,000 copies and has been carried in bookstores, gift shops, airports, grocery stores, and Walmarts around the United States. The two most popular books in that series include: The 21 Most Effective Prayers in the Bible (250,000 copies) and 21 Reasons Bad Things Happen to Good People (150,000). Dave and his wife Cathy have three young adult sons, two daughters in law and two granddaughters.
