Dr. Jim O’Neill, is a leader of leaders with a heart for the mission field. Before serving with Frontier Ventures, Dr. O’Neill was the President and Founder of the Center for Global Mission, which equips emerging leaders to make a global impact for Jesus Christ.
Josh Davis

Proskuneo Ministries
Josh loves people and loves to make safe space for people to be complex. A third-culture person himself, Josh served as a missionary to the Dominican Republic before founding Proskuneo Ministries, a ministry that exists to bring the nations together in worship. He is the co-author of the book Worship Together [in your Church as in Heaven] and you can follow him at JustJoshDavis. Josh lives with his wife and four children in Clarkston, GA where over 60 languages are spoken in a 1.5 mile radius.
Daniel Fender
Teaching Pastor, Southwest Hills Baptist Church
Daniel serves as the Teaching Pastor at SW Hills in Beaverton, Oregon. He is married to his beautiful wife Janine and they have four children: Caleb, Adaiah, Naomi and Micah. Daniel loves being a father and husband and is energized by seeing others find mercy through Jesus’ work at the Cross. He loves pastoring and preaching the Word of God! He also enjoys camping, backpacking, hiking, astronomy, gardening, touring by bicycle, and reading outside when the sun is shining in the Northwest.
Shane O'NeiLl
Proven Men Ministries
Shane has an undergrad in Biblical Studies and is working on his M.A. in Apologetics at Liberty University Rawling School of Divinity. Shane was born in the Philippines as a missionary kid and has lived in many different locations on the United States east coast. He met Jesus as Lord and Savior in his late teens and since then has engaged with developing communities around Jesus.
Shawna O'Neill
NGLC Conference Director
Shawna graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Women’s Ministry. Shawna with her eye for details, and her compassion, and intuitive understanding of people is an invaluable part of the team to NGLC.
Virgil Tanner
CW Spain
Virgil pastored for 9 years in the States before leading a CPM team in Central Asia for 8. For the last few years, he led a team in Central Asia working with expat workers in collective discernment and concerted obedience.
Kwashie Amenudzie
West Africa Missionary Training Center
Kwashie is from Togo in West Africa where he presently serves as the founder and director of West Africa Missionary Training Center in Akoumape, Togo. His goal is to train African missionaries to reach the unreached peoples on the continent with the gospel. Formally he served in Senegal for 23 years both as a pastor and as a missioanry with Crossworld. Kwashie is married to Davi, they have three grown-up children and an 11-year-old.
Fran Love
Spiritual Director
Fran has over 30 years of experience in cross-cultural ministry and organizational leadership. In her work as a Spiritual Director she helps people practice peace within themselves and with God.
Focused in the first half of life on a few solid “S’s” – significance, strength, successful living (necessary building blocks of leadership), she is now, in the second half of life, delighting in the these delicious “S’s” – simplicity, stillness, solitude, and savoring.
She has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Westmont College, an M.A. in Christian Ministries from Hope International University, is an ordained minister in the Vineyard, and is a certified Spiritual Director. Visit her website at www.franlove.com.
