Dave’s passion in teaching and preaching is to challenge believers to understand and cooperate with God as He uses suffering and affliction in their lives to enhance their usefulness for His mission.

Dave’s speaking and writing ministry generally focuses on the themes of missions and the importance of suffering in developing believers into more useful servants of the Lord. Dave’s passion is to see God put on display through the lives of His people so that others may have an encounter with the living God.

Since 2008, Dave and Kathy have served as full time mission mobilizers on the staff of Frontier Ventures based in Pasadena, CA.
